At Circle Empire Shortlets, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines the conditions under which guests can cancel reservations and receive refunds. Please read carefully before making a booking.
1. Cancellation by Guests Flexible Stays (3+ days notice):
Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 72 hours (3 days) before check-in time are eligible for a full refund.
Moderate Notice (24–72 hours):
50% Refund: Cancellations made 24–72 hours before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
Last-Minute (Less than 24 hours):
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in are non-refundable.
2. No-Shows
If a guest does not show up for their reservation without prior cancellation, the full booking amount is forfeited.
The apartment will be considered available for rebooking after 24 hours of a no-show.
3. Early Check-Out
No refunds will be issued for unused nights after check-in, unless otherwise stated in a specific booking agreement.
4. Force Majeure
In cases of unavoidable events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or health emergencies, we may offer a reschedule or partial refund, based on the situation and at our discretion.
5. Booking Modifications
Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before the original check-in date.
Price differences (if any) due to date changes must be paid in advance.
